Getting up and running with UPR™ gets a jump start with our person-to-person Quick-Start programs. Our program includes 3 - 2 hour sessions to provide one to two employee(s) with basic UPR™ system knowledge, product addition caveats and a foundational understanding of Asteriq™ technology. This program includes 4 additional hours of toll-free support (credited in 15-minute increments.)
